To promote local tourism in winter, from December 1 to the end of February next year, prices for tickets to scenic spots in the City of Huangshan, where the famous Yellow Mountain or Huangshan Mountain is located, will be reduced by 40%.

During the period, hotel rates in the city will also be cut by 15%. The cable cars in Huangshan Mountain scenic area will cost 15% less and prices for accommodation on the mountain will drop by 40%.

Meanwhile, the Huangshan city government will launch over 10 new travel routes that highlight the charms of winter. The new routes include a photography tour to Huangshan Mountain, a "World Heritage Tour" to the ancient villages in southern Anhui, and an "experience tour" of local cultures.
